Third Wave Chocolate Company is a local startup based in Colorado Springs, dedicated to crafting the highest-quality chocolate on the market.
Unlike many chocolate makers who rely on third-party suppliers, we take a hands-on approach by producing 100% Bean-to-Bar chocolate. This means we source raw, roasted cacao beans and transform them into finished chocolate ourselves, ensuring full control over quality and flavor.
Our beans come from sustainably harvested, worker-owned farms around the globe. Most, if not all, of our beans are certified organic. The cacao we use is selected for its exceptional, complex flavor profiles—unique in the world of chocolate, much like coffee or wine. Just as different coffee beans or vintages produce distinct tastes, cacao from various farms and climates offers new, nuanced flavors each year.
